Executive Committee
The Executive Committee (also known as 'ExCom') is the executive branch of the Association,
The ExCom is made up of the Secretariat (the core team), 11 Directors , and 12 Officers, and is further divided into 6 subcommittees that implement the decisions made in meetings.
Secretariat
The Secretariat is the core team and main administrative division of the Association, overseeing all of the student culture at the Con. Their duties include enacting the decisions made by the Representative Council within the Executive Committee, assisting in administration of the work by the Association's Directors and Officers, and facilitating the activities of the affiliated societies and ensembles.

The head of the Association, the President oversees and sets the vision for the entirety of its work, and represents the students of the Conservatorium to the Faculty and the University.
The deputy-head of the Association, the Vice-President chairs the Representative Council and is the leader of the representative work of the Association.
The chief executive of the Association, the Secretary directs the work of the Executive Committee, overseeing membership, communications, and admin of meetings.
The financial officer of the Association, the Treasurer maintains the Association cashbook, and leads the Finance Subcommittee in organising partnerships and merchandise.
